I had an issue with my machine that I was certain needed a control panel. SAS were able to give me an exact repair cost so I could decide whether to replace the machine instead.

Phoned and organised a fix incredibly quickly. Explained what they thought was the issue… gave me a breakdown of what the costs could be, and stuck to them. Quick, reasonable and reliable service.

I sent details of the serial and model number, he came back with a quote. He ordered the part and all was fixed as soon as the part arrived. Really pleased with the fast turn around.
