  Flat roof

Jack did a fantastic job replacing the flat roof on our garage. The work was completed to a high standard, everything was left clean and tidy, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Very professional, reliable and friendly service. We’re really pleased with the finished result and would highly recommend Southern Counties Building & Roofing to anyone looking for quality building work.

Building a garden wall and steps

They were great. Had to dig footings, build a large wall with steps on 3 levels in a garden. Removed everything and cleaned up afterwards. Couldn’t ask for more.

  wall repair

Did a great job, quick workers and tidied up after themselves. A good fair price, I'd definitely recommend them and would use them again for any work I may need.

  Repointing

Really pleased with the repointing work carried out on our brick wall. The work was completed to a very high standard and the wall looks so much better now. The team were professional, reliable and friendly, and they kept the area clean and tidy throughout the job. They explained what needed to be done and completed everything efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing brickwork or repointing done. Great service and excellent workmanship!

repointing numerous patches of garden walls

Jack was the only person to take the trouble to get in touch after my repointing request on Check-a-trade. There were many patches of loose or missing mortar needing tidying up. We agreed that only areas 1cm or more in depth would be repointed so no scraping out would be done. Jack brought a helper so what we thought might be a two day job was done in half the time. Many areas needing their attention were in difficult to access areas but they did their best to protect surfaces and plants from the mortar droppings and trampling. We're pleased with the quality of their workmanship.
