one small issue was hiding a bigger problem
What I hoped was going to be a little fix ended up being a lot more work than expected. A small roof repair showed that my roof was in danger of collapsing. Would have them back again!
Originally hired Southern Counties to clean and protect the roof. The gents were very friendly and experts at their trade. They took some pictures to show us the state of the of the roof of the new property that we had just bought. Further work needed to be done and we've got them back to finish. Poor experience
Sadly a relatively straight forward partial roof repair turned into a poor experience due to pressurised upselling, poor planning and work overrunning, and being chased for payment before we had had the opportunity to review the work and agree a successfully completed job late at a weekend.Verified reviewerJob location: BN3RRichard C10 Emergency Roofing Service
