I phoned up for advice and a lady gave me all the info I needed to book a call and advised what might be wrong. A nice polite man (Jason?) came within the 3 hour timeslot given and phoned when he was on the way. He found the fault quickly and repaired there and then at a reasonable price. Would recommend.
