  Gutter Repair

  Quick efficient service.

Very good service from speed of response to initial enquiry to the time to fix the issue of leaking gutter. Impressed to be shown exactly what work was carried out.

  Fascia / Soffits Replacement

  Soffits, Fascia and Guttering replacement

We had our soffits, fascia and guttering replaced in early October. Wayne and Lewis were professional in all respects. Punctual, and very well organised, all works proceeded as plannned. An unexpected, but necessary minor repair was explained and completed. We are most happy with the service and works carried out. We have waited for heavy rain to test out the new guttering before writing this review. We can report all is well; we recommend Southern Facsias

  Excellent work

I recently had my fascias, soffits and guttering replaced by Southern Fascias. Wayne and Lewis did an excellent job having to contend with difficult weather conditions. I would have no hesitation in recommending Southern Fascias and would certainly use them again.

  Fascia / Soffits Replacement

  Excellent communication and installation

Lewis and Wayne were extremely helpful when assessing a problem with a rotten soffit. They got their ladder out to look at the roof (others did not) and identified a broken tile and a lack of ventilationthat was contributing to the problem. Communication throughout the project was excellent and installation was delivered as promised.

Professional, good prompt communication and work looks very well done

Southern Fascias have done a very good job, replacing work that was done incorrectly by another company, and doing it to a high standard. Communication was prompt and professional with us and our neighbours, work looks very well done - thank you very much!
