We required a full fire safety assessment of our apartment front door, and after struggling with a couple of other local companies, due to lack of explanation on both the work and cost, SFRA came in with full transparency, explanations and suggestions much more suitable and cost effective. Having needed a fire risk assessment report for the sale of my flat urgently, I phoned Dave Elliott at southern fire risk assessment explaining this on Tuesday, he managed to fit the assessment the next day. He was very informative and knowledgeable carried out the report and emailed it to me the same evening.
