Over 25yesrs of building and extending house I’ve used many plumbers and Tom is the best of them all. The quality and neatness of his work is excellent, I actually described my complicated air source heat pump pipes and hot tanks etc as a piece of art, great to look at. When a trade person is buying materials on your behalf it is essential you can trust them in that they are not massaging the price, I have full faith and trust in Tom regarding his hourly or agreed price and the cost of additional materials. A genuine great plumber.

Tom serviced our boiler and diagnosed a faulty part which was under warranty with Worcester. Tom contacted Worcester on our behalf and arranged a free visit the next day from Worcester who changed the part. Tom was excellent.

Hot water stopped, I called Tom who attended the same day, he informed me the heat exchanger was scaled and would atempt to repair and descale, he ordered and collected new seal rings and returned the next day to carry the work as the seals where on an overnight deluvery, he descaled and fully serviced the boiler. It's now like new. Perfect clean and tidy job and very reasonable costs thanks Tom

We have been struggling for to many years to keep the house warm.Main problem was microbore pipework. After wasting money on having the system power flushed with no great improvement. After speaking to Tom from Southern Heat Solutions he advised us on the most cost effective solution that he was confident would resolve the problem. So a new pressurised system was fitted also replacing our 40 year old radiators. Cannot fault workmanship kept us notified at every stage and was extremely tidy and respected our property. A truly professional job.

Our ancient boiler stopped working and Tom at Southern Heating Solutions replaced it for us at a very competitive price. Tom was patient, helpful and professional throughout the process and went out of his way to ensure everything was undertaken to our complete satisfaction. Very highly recommended and would 100% book again.

My Dads boiler had a bad leak and Tom came round and quickly identified the fault. My dad is in his late eighties so it was critical that we got it repaired as quick as possible. Tom was very good and got the parts required, he also identified another potential issue and repaired that as well. We will keep hold of his number and will definitely use him again and recommend to anyone.
