  We recently had our roof replaced, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The workmanship was of a very high standard, and the team was professional, reliable, and hardworking throughout the project. They completed the job efficiently, kept us informed along the way, and left the site spotless when they finished. It’s refreshing to find contractors who take such pride in both their work and their cleanup. We are very pleased with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

  Very professional and great price.

  Had some roofing and general repairs carried out by these guys, and they were not only very professional, but also very reasonably priced, the work was done exactly as I wanted, left all clean, and even helped us out with a few little jobs free of charge. Thank you so much Tommy and crew.

  Thomas responded very quickly to my job request, came to review the job, gave good advice and a very fair quote. The next day he and a colleague turned up, did a professional job, adjusted the price downwards to reflect a small change in requirements and was a very pleasant and engaging guy to deal with.   Pitched Roofing Repair

  Fantastic job!

  Thomas and his team were utterly professional, courteous and went out of their way to give us a five star service. We had the whole garage roof retiled due to bad leaks. Thomas sourced the tiles, which were difficult to come by, and also repaired guttering and all in all gave us an excellent service at a very reasonable cost. I couldn’t recommend Thomas and Southern Homes Roofing & Building highly enough. Thank you so much!

  Emergency Fascia / Soffits / Guttering Service

  My experience with Southern Homes Roofing and Building is extremely pleasant and satisfactory. They carried out the required remedial work to roof installing new facia board repeating some of the rafters bracing them where necessary and finally painting all eaves, facia boards and installing a new gutters all around the house. They are professional and skilful what they do. I am well pleased with the work and the schedule they perform. They are friendly and listening company. I recommend them to anybody without hesitation on the above basis..

  Emergency Roofing Service

  Fast and professional ,

  Thomas and his team have recently completed a roof renovation project replacing broken leaking gutters and repairing the main roof where necessary. I’d previously contacted other roofers who didn’t even access the roof and quoted unrealistic prices for unnecessary work. Thomas and his team found the problem a leaking valley not before long the roof was fixed so was our gutters. My property was left clean and tidy there work 💯 professional and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to use you guys again definitely highly recommended. Harry Townsend
