Paid THOUSASNDS of ££ (Paid the full amount of the receipt) to get my garden landscaped only for Rikki Jenkins (Owner) to not finish the job. A 2 week job ended up taking 5 weeks (And was still not completed) They left exposed wires for the under-seat lighting and would not finish the wiring (I have a toddler who is always in the garden) I found over a tone of debris (Bricks, slabs, old decking, clay, panels) left at the back and front of the garden) My seating area was not completed, they stained all of my porcelain tiles with sand/cement mix. They've Ignored all of my calls and text

We are still trying to resolve issues a month after completion. The clearing up process was slow and has now damaged a 6 month old driveway. Cement has damaged the brick work and a minor attempt to clear it was made. After the first attempt we were told they would be back that evening but they never returned. I have tried reaching out to the team but communication is poor/ non existent and the phone calls are ignored. It’s a shame to have to leave this review as we really do like the work done on the patio and were very happy with the results.

Would like to say a massive thank you to rikki , Liam and tony , my driveway and patio looks absolutely amazing they was so polite and there communication with us was brilliant. I highly recommend southern landscapes , they have turned my house into a home. Thank you for your hard work

Really enjoyed working with Rikki, Tony and Liam. Lovely people and very courteous and personable at all times. They appreciated that this was a major expense and treated it as such for us. We are very happy with the result. Would definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend southern landscapes, from coming to price the job to completing the excellent patio I could not fault them in anyway. Punctual, tidy and professional.

We were very pleased with the work overall on our block paving drive which needed some attention. Rikki and Nathan gave us some helpful advice initially around the request to lift some of the block paving and create some new planting areas. The work was done quickly and on time, with the end result being a drive that hadn't looked as good in a long time.
