Arron Furey of southern plumbers agreed to complete task and I paid 50% of bill Up front to allow parts to be ordered and job to start on 24th November 2023. I arrived at home from holiday on the 1stDecember to find the bath and sink had been removed and had been left in front garden . I had no toilet facilities and no hot water and my bathroom was like a bomb site. I have tried contacting him but my number has been blocked by him and he has simply walked away and not returned without explanation. I am bitterly disappointed and would not recommend him to carry out any work

On first visit Aaron was polite and knowledgeable. After discussing our issue he advised us on the products we needed. This was done and a time and date arranged. 1. Wednesday 3rd Jan at 10.00am - no show messaged at 12.38 he had double booked and asked to rearrange for Thurs 4th Jan, unable to do that due to appointment so he arranged to arrive Weds 3rd at 14.30 he finally arrived at 15.50 after discussion it was decide that as it was getting late we arranged for him to return Thurs 4th Jan at 10.00 and we cancelled our appointments. Aaron never turned up or replied to any messages

The plumber found a cracked pipe in my ceiling after water was pouring through. Very good work and arranged for a plasterer to make good

Quick to respond to initial job request, repaired a minor leak beneath the bath but missed a major problem on the overflow. I paid the invoice within half an hour. I attempted to rebook via email and text message to get the job completed but received no reply for over a week, until mentioning that I wouldn’t be able to give a good review. The main ‘cost’ of the job was expertise and locating the leak, so £144 to tighten a nut and clean off corrosion is only a fair price if it fixes the problem.

My heating wasn’t working. I only had hot water. Aaron found the problem and replaced a valve. Fixed within the hour

Our downstairs underfloor heating wasn’t working. A quick diagnosis and fix and it’s as good as new. Will definitely recommend
