We used Southern Solar & Electricals to install our solar panel installation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, as they were extremely helpful and professional thought the process, keeping us, as the customer, fully informed at all stages. They worked in poor weather conditions to ensure a timely completion and customer satisfaction is obviously in the forefront of their business strategy. We are very happy with the installation.

10 out of 10++ for excellent workmanship. Helpful and forthcoming with ideas. Very efficient with removing the old decking and replacing it with new decking within 2 days. Very tidy. Billy and Danny were amiable, humorous with good communicators and it was a joy to have them here. Well done and would most certainly recommend them to friends, family and acquaintances.

After my original choice contractors ceased trading after the start of my solar installation project, I was left not knowing what direction to take. I contacted some local companies who had no interest to help. When I contacted Southern Solar and made an appointment with Billy to visit me. His knowledge was first class and we agreed on his quotation that he professionally provided. Billy’s installation was clean, tidy and aesthetically appealing. He dealt with all the relevant legal documentation and certificate approvals. My solar with battery installation is working first class.

What Billy doesn’t know about solar installation isn’t worth knowing! We had solar panels installed including an inverter, battery and solar iBoost. From the very first visit we had every confidence in Billy. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and this translated into a seamless installation with amazing customer service. The whole team (including scaffolders) were professional, friendly and efficient. I cannot recommend Southern Solar and Electrical Dorset Ltd enough.

What's great about southern solar is that even after 3 years since they installed the system, they still answer the phone to help fix an issue caused by another electrician. Billy worked the problem remotely and made sure I was happy it was working. He even called a few days later to check it was still ok. To me customer service is everything and southern solar are exceptional!!
