Tricky job done well, on-time and to budget!
Had Steve come over to look at the job. He quoted a good price which included covering over previous artexing , installing insulating boards and removing a pelmet . The main ceiling was flat but we also had a skilling ceiling that Steve covered in 50mm insulating plaster board to improve the insulation of the room.
