I had two quotes and Southern Thermal was the better one by a significant amount. Aaron was excellent from start to finish from communication, respectfulness, cleanliness and professionalism. He was also friendly, punctual and charged me what he had quoted. I would highly recommend.

Fixed ASHP
Our air source heat pump had stopped working. The first company we tried couldn't fix it. We were 5 days without heating or hot water during the recent cold snap. We called Southern Thermal. Aaron came the next day, pinpointed the problem, made the repair, and got the ASHP working again. Aaron showed me his findings, took time and patience answering my questions and was thoroughly professional throughout. Vey happy with the outcome. I will definitely be using Southern Thermal in the future.
