Replace and update fireplace
We had an old fireplace which we did not use, and wanted it to be taken out and replaced with a newer surround and tiled. Dan is an utmost professional, and quality of work was on point. We were very happy with the result.

To fit seagull deterent spikes on the chimney to prevent nesting birds which were causing damage.
Ladders were erected from the rear of the property and a roof ladder accessed the chimney. I was pleased that all the spikes had been fitted and Dan photographed the completion so that I could see what he had done. I was also reassured from the photos that the chimney was in fair order as I had asked for some assessment. After he had finished, the site was left clean and clear, and I was very pleased that he took the trouble to clear some debris from the gutter. I noted that Dan had replaced the garden furniture that he had to move for access. We have asked him to clean out all the gutters

New fascia boards, soffits and a gutter clean
Contacted Dan to clean our gutters and install new fascia boards and soffits on our newly built extension. Dans work was very professional, neat and tidy to a high standard, and the price was very reasonable. I will be using him again.
