  Basement conversion

  We had a very good experience with this company who converted our basement. The team led by Alan are reliable, courteous and very professional. The project went very smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. The team were always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to finish the project to a high standard. The quality of the aftercare has also been excellent, any issues arisen since the completion have been quickly sorted without hesitation. I can highly recommend Alan and his team.

  Address damp on Bedroom wall

  The work was completed and seems to be a good job. I’ve still got some cleaning up to do after the work, and some finishing that wasn’t quite done right. The work was completed over a couple of weeks, rather than the expected couple of days due to unforeseen issues with the contractors. The main person I dealt with visited on day one only, the work was completed by subcontractors (which is to be expected). He kept in touch via text, but I did have to chase to find out where people were when they hadn’t turned up. I also didn’t get a follow up on issues spotted on roof.

  We were let down by insurance company who didn't finish the work. Got in contact with checkatrade who got us in touch with a plasterer called Stu. Came and quoted the work. Work was carried out promptly and he did a fantastic job.

  A fantastic building company. We chose them because of their experience and having viewed other similar jobs they’d competed in the area. They executed a very challenging project for me to an excellent standard whilst keeping me informed and updated throughout the job. Any queries or concerns I had were always answered honestly and promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for basement conversions, renovations, extensions. They handled our large project very well.

  Checking structural steels

  I was worried that some structural steels were rusting and could be a danger to the house. The company came round, checked and approved them and gave some advice on up keep of the cellar, all without charge. Really helpful and polite.

  Underpinning and Conversion of Basement to living accommodation

  Really friendly, pleasant and respectful team to have around. Always helpful and willing to give me the time to talk through the development of our basement conversion as it advanced, alerting me to, and dealing with the inevitable unforeseen problems of a 120 year old house with a reassuring experience. Happy to discuss and accommodate, (within reason) me changing my mind and plans on a few bits and pieces as the project unfolded. In general a smooth, enjoyable and stress free build. They were recommended to us and in turn we’ve recommended them to others. Always seem busy in our local area.
