To change a broken lock on a UPVC window
My Mum lives a long way away from me so I had to rely on the internet, I found Peter who although i've never met him has been fantastic. He Kept me in the loop the whole time so I knew what was happening. He came out the next day after I spoke to him and once assessed, replaced the handle and lock the following day. The price was excellent for the time he took and my mum said he was a lovely man.
