New kitchen, laminate flooring, new doors, frames and architraves and some structural work
Ollie did an amazing job on my very run down flat. He was very professional and gave me advice throughout the whole process as well as keeping me up to date with everything that he was doing. He went over and above with some unexpected work, ensuring that everything was done to solve problems. All of the work looks amazing, especially my kitchen, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

New pathway and step
A huge thank you to Ollie at Southsea Developments LTD who has worked so hard in the blistering heat, and created my new path and step. He took the time to source everything I wanted to ensure it was perfect. His attention to detail was amazing. And I’m super pleased that he’s hidden my drainpipe by using composite decking to cover it up. I can’t recommend him highly enough

Bathroom refit

New bathroom, new kitchen
Olly and his team were friendly, reliable, and professional. It was nice to have workers in who you really felt you could trust. Work was exactly as I’d wanted and as we’d agreed, save a couple of changes I made mid-way. Olly was communicative and informed me of all my options. Thx v much.

Second knock through
This is the second time we’ve used Southsea Developments. This time they knocked through our two front rooms. The work is done to an exceptionally high standard. All of the workmen are polite and professional. Ollie gave a fair and accurate quote. I will definitely use them for any future work. Thank you.
