From start to finish this has been a totally professional job. Great communication at all times. Friendly, polite, punctual and he kept his workspace and our home spotless at all times. Dale recently replaced our air con system - two units indoors and inverter outside. Service was first rate from provision of quotes for the various options we considered; to the install itself and tidy-up afterwards including removal of the old units. Dale is very personable and easy to get on with. He responded to queries quickly and kept me informed of when he was going to arrive each day of work. The standard of work is excellent and we’re very happy with our new air con system. Overall the job was completed on time and as quoted. Very happy to recommend South Shore.

Having never installed AC before we did get quotes and surveys from more than one company, Dales quote was compatible with others but the big point was he was straight forward and easy to talk to. He recommended a smaller system than others this has worked brilliantly even in the recent heat wave, so he was right that we did not need a bigger system for our home. The install was quick and hassle free. The unit and the ducting all looks great and very neat. Dale was always on time and we had no mess through the process at all. Will use again as probably going to add more AC in the future.
