  Guardian Warm Roof

  After a walk one sunny day we passed a conservatory with a Guardian Warm Roof which looked great and decided to ask the owner who fitted it! Without hesitation he recommended Simon Daniel of Southside Better Roofs. We contacted him, he gave us a quote which was realistic but competitive and included buildings regs a nice bonus! The whole team arrived on the agreed date and they ALL worked incredibly hard and had all the up to date equipment needed to complete the job. They applied a waterproof sheet and coverings to minimise the dirt and completed the job in around 3-4 days! Job done!

  Conservatory roof replacement

  There was once a sad, tired conservatory roof, buffeted by rain until it could take no more, so it reinvented itself as estuary and welcomed water in. We rang Simon in desperation. After careful planning, the guys rocked up and such was their relentless work rate, they had the old roof off and the outer new one on by the end of day one. One week on, with the work done, we are blissfully watertight. They were incredibly tidy, easy to work with, involved us at every stage, gave sage advice and their workmanship was second to none. It has utterly transformed our house and we couldn't be more grateful.

  Replacement of my conservatory roof

  Omg what can I say about this company ? I would recommend them 100%. They replaced my conservatory roof in 2 1/2 days. They were so friendly but professionally at the same time. They turned up when they said they would. They are like a tin of ronseal, doesn't actually what it says on the tin. The only complaint is that the plaster was fussy asking for brown sauce on my sausage and egg bap that I made ?? lol. I am going to miss them.  If all work men were like these guys, no one would get Ripped off.

  A new roof for an existing conservatory - tiled roof not a replacement glass conservatory roof

  Southside better roofs, were a wonderful group of people to have work on our roof, they were professional and explained all the elements involved in getting the roof completed, timescales, removing waste, what they did cover what they didn't cover, when each element would happen and how, what the materials were used and why, any guarantees on the work or materials. They came an did measurements and quotes before anything was agreed. They were friendly, Covid compliant and respectful at all times. They cleaned up after themselves and the workmanship was fantastic, no complaints at all.

  Solid slate roof

  Simon and his lovely team transformed our conservatory from a room hardly used to an additional living space, where we now spend lots of our time. Friendly, helpful, reliable, honest and straightforward - (just keep them fed on cakes and biscuits)

  New conservatory roof replacing old polycarb roof

  Very pleased with the work done by Simon and his team, the conservatory is now a usable space - the team were fast, efficient, clean and tidy and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was as I wanted it - including running additional cabling for additional equipment at no extra cost - they also left everything very clean, and had a clean come in when the job was complete just to ensure that everything was clean and tidy Would definitely recommend Southside Better Roofs to anyone who is. Thinking of changing their current conservatory roof
