Built in BBQ on the back patio
3 man team put in a 12 hour day to complete the agreed works. 3.7m built in bbq structure. Tommy has his team very conscientious and courteous when on property. I would highly recommend them for quality of workmanship, diligence and attention to detail.

50+ sqm of paving which required marrying up to existing paving and extending stairs.
Extremely conscientious and diligent. Work was completed to a high standard and area was left clean and tidy after each days work. Clear understanding of work expectations was acquired prior to starting and as the job progressed. Would highly recommend Tommy and his team.

Completion of an extension after the previous builder was dismissed from site.
Southsmiths provided enormous support when my initial choice of builder proved incompetent and had to be dismissed. Much of the previous builder's work had to be re-done to correct mistakes in order to meet building regulations and complete the project to a plaster finish. They were fast, efficient and produced work of the highest standard. It was a joy to deal with individuals who were professional, skilled and very knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in recommending Southsmiths, secure in the knowledge that customers will be exceptionally pleased with the outcome.

Driveway and Porch rendered
Initially only wanted the driveway paved but once work started , we decided the porch needing rendering and the team took the extra work on with no issue at all. Always find the guys on site respectful and punctual. We very pleased with end product and have passed their details onto our neighbour who like what they done for us. Thanks South Smith Construction

Driveway and porch
Initially wanted the drive done, but the when we spoke with Pual he suggested a porch as an additional indoor space. We are so glad we listened to him it has been really useful. We found the whole team professional and tidy. They was always considerate on how they left the sit reach day. And the end product perfect. 3 of our neiggbours have asked for the details and we have hesitated to pass them on.. Thanks Guys

Rear extension
The professional team and quality workman ship was the best I've seen. I've had work done before on my house and it caused us problems throughout but this time with Southsmith team it was completely different minimal noise and mess, done everything we asked and more. With 3 yound children in the house it can be quite a worry having work done but the whole team embraced my family and made it such an easy 6 weeks for us while the work was being done.
