    Team came and fitted 3 concrete posts to fix a fence that had fallen down in high winds. Work was assessed and I was advised of the options. Once decision made, the work was completed quickly and everything was left neat and tidy.

    Quotation visit arranged 4-5pm, 24/06/24. I am a therapist so knew I would be available from 3.50pm. I have a business sign outside my front door stating I am with a client & please do not knock/disturb. At 3.30pm, SSF proceeded to ignore the sign, knock at the door & then telephone. I obviously could not answer as I was with my client. At 3.50pm I went out, said hi, come on through asking if the chap had not seen my sign. He said he had but he was early so thought he would knock anyway. I said it was there to avoid interruptions. He then said he didn't like my attitude & stormed off.

  • Adjustment to a Side Gate

    South Surrey Fencing had fitted a new side gate for me in February. I later added a new wooden post on the outer side of this gate and unfortunately this wooden post moved slightly so that the gate was difficult to close. I phoned South Surrey Fencing and they made adjustments to this post the following day, and did not charge me even though the fault had not been theirs.

I am a local fencing contractor with over 20 years of experience in the supply and install of various types of fencing, posts, rails, decking, gates and repairs for both domestic, agricultural and commercial properties. All fencing waste is removed from the premises/site to ensure a clean and tidy finish.
