I chose Jake based on positive reviews and his ability to start within a week. Things went well until he requested payment before all work was completed, promising to return and finish the job. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened. My rating reflects a leak from the new shower that damaged my downstairs ceiling, a kitchen tap leak that damaged a cupboard, missing radiator pipework (meaning now need an electric one!), and the radiator still not being fitted despite promises to complete the work. I would appreciate honest communication and completion of the work.

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify that payment was requested only after the agreed quoted works had been completed, in line with the Terms & Conditions accepted before work commenced. The cost of the towel radiator was removed from the final invoice, although you chose to pay for it. Any leaks reported were attended to and resolved promptly. The items referred to as incomplete were additional works outside the original agreed scope and quotation, for which no payment had been made.
