Chris the Engineer who attended was very polite, kind and courteous. He was on time and arrived when he said he would. My Mum is elderly and vulnerable and he came out extremely quickly once we had made contact with him. He was able to find the leak which turns out, was very complex and hidden well within the concrete and tiled floor. I asked Chris if he could carry out a repair to which he agreed. Thankfully, the leak was found, accessed and repaired there and then. He reinstated the heating system and tested all was ok. Thank you Chris!
