Replaced old lock mechanism in door.
Came out super quick and got the job done just as fast. Really polite and pleasant guy. Couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely ask him again if we get any future issues.

Couldn't open our Conservatory door, deadlock mechanism was broken
I called in to see Paul at his shop to ask how I could open jammed Conservatory door, Paul explained what the problem could be, Paul said that he could attend site that afternoon. That afternoon he turned up as promised, he managed to get the door open with some special tools, once open Paul found that the bottom lock had broken, this is what I had presumed from the start. Once the lock was removed Paul had to go back to his shop to find a replacement, half an hour later he returned with the part, it was fitted and works perfectly. All carried out promptly within an hour.

Damaged Lock
Paul was superb from start to finish. Gave me a replacement loan lock and mechanism while I waited for the replacement order to arrive. Great communication throughout. A1 service

Pick lock of garage to be able to collect keys locked inside

Change the lock due to a lost key.
Worried that I had lost a key outside of my house.. Contacted Paul through check a trade.. Very prompt communication. Paul was at my house within half an hour of first contact. Friendly, professional, fast and efficient service. Really pleased and would definitely use again.
