The company was quick to quote and carry out the work but since then, the communication has been non-existent. I had to follow up with them, as one of the radiators have been making a noise but, despite many attempts to get them to look at it, they have completely ignored me. I’m now looking to get someone else in to fix the problem they created..

The tradesperson turned up on time, and did the work. Then had to come back to do some further work, which required new parts. All was fine, until about 3 months later, when the radiators started making an awful noise. Since then, it has been impossible to get them to respond. I've left phone messages, sent numerous emails, but no-one has come back to me. It's also impossible to get them on the phone. Very disappointing after service.

Really polite guy. Very honest in terms of repair and gave advise on future problems on what to do. Would recommend others to use their service and will return to them in future when necessary.
