I cannot praise this builder enough. He came highly recommended and so I was very pleased when his price came in the most competitive of all the quotes I got. He completed the work well within the time frame given and in very difficult circumstances at times with neighbours that were not always happy about the work I was doing. Fadi was a real gentleman, courteous at all times. There were times I have no doubt another builder would have lost his cool and walked off the job. Fadi at all times kept my best interests at heart and I will be forever grateful that he was the builder I chose. Amazing

After months of research, I found Space 2 Build London Ltd. Fadi and his team were professional and reliable. Their workmanship is second to none. They provided detailed answers to all the complicated questions I asked prior to commencing. They completed the work within 5 weeks as per schedule. The loft conversion itself took 4 weeks! The extra week was required for additional work (painting and chimney removal) Fadi was extremely patient and knowledgeable. My family and I are happy with the work. They stuck to our budget and came on time every single day. I would recommend the team to anyone.

This company was a recommendation from a friend. The entire process was done professionally, on time and on budget. We left for a weeks holiday and a great deal of work was undertaken during this time. I have used them again for additional works and have passed their contact to other friends and neighbours. I was really very lucky to hand my project to the company Space to Build. They really made my life and my family very happy . I did full refurbish to my property and build extension to my flat , new bathroom, new kitchen fitted , flooring, plumbing, decorating. They had listened carefully to what we need , and always in time you also need to have a plan in advance to start your project. They cleaned all the rubbish and the flat result was out standing for the amount off work that needed to be done .I highly recommend them and thank them on behalf my family and kids ??
