Sasha was quick, efficient, accurate and a fair price. We used her services on a planning permission for a loft conversion in a conservation area - she prepared drawings and the submission form, amended as per our requests and then submitted on our behalf. It all went through without a problem so we were very happy!

Sasha drew up the plans for our loft conversion and submitted them for planning permission. The process was seamless and straightforward - Sasha visited and took measurements and photos, we talked through what we wanted and sent over plans of other houses on the road, and just over a week later Sasha sent back all the proposed drawings. She drew up the proposed plans, but also wrote the historical blurb etc which are needed for planning. We requested one or two changes, and once complete she submitted the form. All went through fine and got permission 8 weeks later!

Sasha has done a great job, very quickly and very diligently. More importantly she has been very responsive in incorporating our design requests within the constraints of a conservation area and has been very eager and capable in delivering an excellent design.
