  New Decking

  Absolutely delighted with my new decking. The old one was completely unusable, but now I finally have my garden back. He fitted me in quickly, kept up great communication, and was reliable and friendly throughout. The work was completed fast, everything was left tidy, and the quality is excellent.   Complete garden renovation

  What a transformation by Sparey Construction and Rhys. The garden was mostly unusable and unsafe because of rotten decking fencing that was falling apart. He ripped everything out and created an amazing low maintenance space to relax and for the kids to play. The plans changed a little from the original idea and he wasn't bothered by that. He was always happy to talk about any ideas or changes. He also took on a few extras. He did a lot of the work himself through the heatwave without complaint. We're very happy with this work and would recommend him to anyone. He'll be the first person to call for anything else we need.

  Fix loose wooden and water coming to a summer, fit a door and finish around doors and window.

  Work carried out as agreed and in the timeline given, super quick and the team was very tidy! Digging out all around the summer house and all was left spotted clean and tidy, I was very surprised how they managed to make it all without making it a mess! Well done. Also, all the dirty also collected in the same day which was all brilliant.

  Kitchen fitting and new decking.

  Rhys and Mark went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new kitchen, using the old carcasses meant there were some unexpected problems along the way but they always explained the problem and how they were going to solve it. They also installed new decking really quickly and to a high standard and repaired patio doors at the same time. I would definitely recommend!

  Roofing Felt Installation

  The roofing felt installation was carried out to a high standard from start to finish. Communication was clear and professional throughout, and the work was completed on time as agreed.
