I’m Lucas, owner of SparkStone, a small local cleaning business covering South Wales.

Being a small business, my reputation genuinely matters to me. I don’t rush from one job to the next or use the same approach on every surface. I take the time to assess what I’m working with and select the appropriate cleaning method, products and equipment for the job.

I’m officially Texatherm trained in the Texatherm Advanced Cleaning System. This gives me an alternative to conventional carpet cleaning methods, using a specialist process designed to thoroughly clean and refresh carpets while leaving significantly less moisture behind. Carpets can typically be dry in around 30 minutes, making it particularly useful for busy homes, offices and commercial environments where long drying times aren’t ideal.

I also offer professional hot water extraction where appropriate, meaning I can choose the cleaning method that best suits the carpet rather than relying on one process for every job.

My services include professional carpet cleaning, stain and spot treatment, pet accidents, heavy traffic areas, upholstery cleaning and professional hard floor cleaning.

I work with both domestic and commercial customers and can also help with end of tenancy work, offices, communal areas and larger commercial carpet cleaning jobs.

I’m continually investing in professional equipment, products and training to improve the service I can offer. I’ll always be upfront about what can realistically be achieved, particularly with permanent staining or damaged fibres, rather than promising a result that simply isn’t possible.
