  Outstanding Work in Saltdean - Best Building Company Around

  Lloyd and his team did an absolutely fantastic job for us and didn't let us down at all from start to finish. We returned from holiday to find our house had flooded, needing total refits and construction in the hallway, downstairs bedroom, stairs, landing, lounge and upstairs bathroom. Lloyd's team - Matt (excellent builder), Dave (the best plumber ever), Rob (an outstanding painter and decorator), Tim the Tiler and Paul the Mastic Man, all worked so hard and delivered an outstanding job - really 100%. Will definitely ask Lloyd for all future works - amazing all round job and great team.

  Brighton flat alterations

  Lloyd and his team recently completed the refurbishment of my flat including roof strengthening, new ceilings and skim plastered walls. Rewire, insulation upgrading and central heating installed as well as replacing kitchen and bathroom. The project was completed on time. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

  Fast and professional, friendly and respectful - 100% recommended!

  Lloyd, Matt and other colleagues were brilliant! I needed internal damp-proofing, ceiling repair, re-plastering and decorating in between tenants. Sparsi understood my time constraints. They were very communicative and worked to a good standard. We ran into a few problems when I found a velux window was broken and had a leak from a storm half way through the job. They weren't put off and were able to replace the velux and quickly contact specialists to fix the leak and complete the work. They were knowledgeable and provided good advice. They also built a nice eaves storage cupboard. Thanks!

  Reliable competent contractors

  Sparsi Build and Design (Lloyd and Matt) carried out a job for me in 2023. The ceiling in my flat had collapsed due to a leak from the flat upstairs The work was done to a high standard and I have not had any problems with it since then I employed them again this year to fix a problem, at my own expense related to damp in my flat . This involved similar plastering and painting to the previous job. This j has just been completed and again I am very pleased with the result Lloyd and Matt are reliable and easy to deal with and I would recommend the company for building work
