  New guttering, soffits, facia boards and replaced leaking sunrooms flat roof with fibre glass roof

  James came same day we phoned and gave us a quote for the job. very competitively priced. once we agreed to the job James kept us updated and went above and beyond to keep us informed regarding start date for the job. Coco did a fantastic job with James also giving his professional perfectionist help too. we are extremely pleased with the job done. Highly recommended. 10*

  Fabulous would 100% recommend

  Mark and Coco came to check out my roof as there had been a coupe of tiles hanging off and wanted them sorting before winter. Amazing job and lovely people would recommend who heartedly had a lovely afternoon and my roof is all sorted and secure very very happy

  Honest, reliable and professional

  I have had mixed experiences with roofing contractors in the past, so was nervous about finding a company that I felt comfortable with, and could trust. James contacted me very shortly after I posted the job, and straight away he started to earn my trust, which was reinforced further after his visit to provide a quotation. James and his team turned up when they said they would, and worked hard across two days to complete the work. They kept me fully informed of how the work was progressing and any issues they found. They are now my top pick because they go the extra mile!

  After a storm one of our roof tiles became lose and we weren't sure where to get a good and reliable roofer.We checked on here and were contacted by James from Spartans Property Maintenance and so glad he did!He came by the day after and gave us his professional opinion and a fair quote.He is such an easy and professional trader to talk to that I felt confident enough to show him another problem with a leaking in one of the rooms.He identified the problem instantly and came back to do all the jobs with two young lads that were very polite and extremely good workers.Thank you so much!
