Spartan have restored the front of my pebble dashed victorian terrace, and I cant be more pleased! I had to give them a key due to a pre booked holiday, completely trust worthy. The work they did exceeded my expectations, and I cant recommend them more. Once the scaffolding was up we finally see the devastating sight of my chimney stack. He made it water tights, solid and safe at no extra cost a massive relief to me!.

Sam consistently demonstrated a high level of skill, knowledge and attention to detail to sympathetically restore our home and tailor improvements to our taste. Communication was clear from start to finish and I felt like all questions were answered quickly and honestly. The team were always on time, polite, and tidy. Leaving the workspace clear and clean after each day. I would strongly recommend Sam for anyone looking for reliable high-quality restoration and repair works.

We contracted Spartan Restorations to undertake some brickwork repair and restoration and full elevation repointing to the front and rear of our 1950s terraced house. Sam was helpful, clear and professional in our initial meeting, explaining different options and how the proposed work would be undertaken. He followed up quickly with a detailed quote. Sam and his courteous & knowledgeable team worked diligently in some very poor weather to complete the work, cleaning & tidying up every day. We are very pleased with the finished result, with neighbours saying our house looks brand new.

Fantastic! Sam and team undertook brick restoration and rendering to our 1721 building (now 10 flats) in Jan-June 2025. Sam loves restoring old buildings and it shows: skill and expertise are a given, but also eagerness to go the extra mile, a high ethos within the team, attention to detail, even hosing down daily to keep to ensure the site was well kept. Friendly and professional and an excellent communicator. What more could we ask for? And now we have a very beautiful and structurally sound building. Cannot recommend Spartan Restoration, led by Sam and Amanda, highly enough.

Spartan undertook a brickwork restoration/part re-rendering of our building -(10 flats in a converted mid-1800s manor house and a later build adjoining extension). You could not ask for a more diligent, professional and friendly team than Sam and his guys. They take real pride in doing an excellent job and at the end of each day, fastidiously brushed and hosed down patios/windows etc leaving everything in a tidy state. The end product is a fantastic, refurbished building with an excellent finish, ensuring even the smallest of details was spot on. We would most definitely recommend Spartan

The Spartan team have just completed front and back facade restoration at my Victorian property and I am so happy with the result! It’s like a different house. I was recommended Spartan and they exceeded my expectations. I’m always nervous about people coming and going in my house but Jack, Harry, Andy and Sam were very respectful and kept me updated throughout. Also with my the neighbours, which was appreciated. I’d thoroughly recommend Spartan to anyone looking to do external facade restoration.
