It was issue with the tower rail and loose switch spur conection

Cannot recommend Sergey enough. He was on time, incredibly professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. Wouldnt usually do reviews but Sergey went above and beyond. Five stars and I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

Unreliable communication
Sergey undertook work for us in 2020 and resolved the issue at that time to our satisfaction. The same problem arose again and even though he said he was busy, agreed to see us on a Friday night. He said he was in traffic and didnt know what time he would arrive so said he would contact us on the Sunday after we rang him again. That was 8 days ago and he hasn't contacted us. If he didnt want to do the job, he should have just said so. I have wasted a week when I could have got someone reliable. Wouldn't it be nice if we could all pick and choose our jobs.

I have received a negative feedback from you, though I do appreciate any kind of feedbacks as it helps me to understand my customers demands, expectations and areas where I could improve my work and services. I do understand your annoyance and frustration but unfortunately I can not control traffics or accidents on the road. On the day when we had scheduled the check of your property (9th of April) I could not make it because I have been stuck in traffic for few hours and I only managed to get home at 10pm, and I did inform you about the traffic which happened due to the fire in Blackwall Tunnel, if you do not believe me you can check it on the Internet. I do not appreciate being called a liar especially when it comes to my job as this is what I do for a living and your job was important to me as any other job and I had to block your number as it seemed future cooperation would have been impossible. Again, I do apologise for all the inconvenience caused and I hope you found services that have helped you with your issue.

Change sockets and install a new light switch/connection
Sergii exceeded expectations and we are very happy we hired him! We were worried that there is a bigger issue with our electricity as most of the sockets did not work properly but it was in fact just faulty sockets that he replaced very quickly. He was also able to install an additional light switch we needed which required much more work. He is very friendly, professional, on time and very knowledgeable. Any issues were quickly identified and fixed. He only charged agreed prices even when the work was not as easy as expected. We definitely recommend him!
