    Floor fitting.

    I had the whole of the downstairs laminated. Very friendly and reliable. Richard showed up on time for the quote. The quote was very reasonable and he explained everything beforehand. The work was done to a very high standard. I would happily use him again and have give his details to a few friends.

    Retailed an existing hearth.

    Richard turned up on time and quickly got to work. He established what tile layout we wanted and just did it. So professional. It looks superb. He was clean and tidy and made sure we knew how to look after the tiles. Highly recommended.

    No work carried out

    Missed this appointment. Didn’t answer the phone. Didn’t reply to texts. Rearranged for 2 days later then text 1 hour before to cancel. Very poor service.

    Tiling of new kitchen and floor.

    Richard worked to a very high standard. Very helpful in discussing options with us. He was very friendly, clean and tidy and did an excellent job. We are delighted with our new kitchen, we would definitely recommend Richard to others.

    New kitchen flooring fitted (levelling and fitting vinyl click flooring).

    Very pleased with work carried out by Richard. He was very helpful at the quotation stage, discussing options with us and helping us choose appropriate flooring. The standard of workmanship is very good and the finished floor looks great in our new kitchen.
