Stephen was excellent. I needed a plumber urgently to fix a leak in my rental flat. Stephen took charge of the process very efficiently, right from calling my tenant to book a time, right down to sending me detailed videos and photos of how he solved the problem. I had a leak from the concealed toilet. The whole system needed replacing and there is no access. The options were discussed and the work completed while trying to minimise the removal and cutting of the counter top or tiles. The result left only a little change cosmetically, the work was clean and tidy, appears to have been done to a good standard. Good communication throughout and the estimated quote was almost spot on, friendly service.

Steve was excellent. Fixed the problem, made it good - better than it was before. Trustworthy and professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
