  Loft conversion -Bexleyheath

Nick, Bill and the team completed what started off as a loft conversion, but quickly turned into a family bathroom revamp, new downstairs W.C , kitchen alteration and more ! Nick and the team were fantastic at making the while process run smoothly . Their experience and advice throughout the process was priceless. Not only were they always punctual, clean, tidy and professional , they gave un biased opinions throughout which really made the difference for us as novices of a home project. My wife and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality , trustworthy company

  Kitchen/living room knock-through

From helping us finalise ideas for our kitchen/living room knock-through to last plans and completing the build, Nick has been thoroughly reliable, approachable and easy to work with. Despite us having to delay the start date, he kept us in mind and fitted us in as soon as we were ready. Nick and his team were always early, ready to start at 8, hardworking and always happy to answer any questions. When changes or issues arose, we sorted them easily. Even after the build was finished, Nick remained available to help with any final details. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nick and team!

Highly Recommend Nick & His Team

From start to finish, communication was always great and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The renovation wasn't the easiest project or the easiest to live with but Nick and his team made it as comfortable as possible for us! It's completely transformed the home. We regularly receive compliments on the house and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled and reliable builder. Thanks again Nick!

  Rear extension and garage conversion

From the outset, SP Builders were professional, friendly and great to work with - patient and understanding with kids and dogs as well. They completed the work to budget, on time and we honestly couldn’t be happier. They have made our vision a reality and their input and experience along the way proved invaluable. They helped us make the right decisions and some additional design cues have elevated the build. It’s been a real joy to work with such a great team, we can’t thank them enough and we are looking forward to having them back for our future projects.

Combining Kitchen and Utility room and fitting a kitchen

SP Builders did an excellent job combining the kitchen and utility room and fitting the kitchen. The work necessitated knocking down a wall, fitting an RSJ, creating a new door and bricking up the exisiting door. They used excellent trades people and they were all friendly and very professional. The kitchen fitting went really well and the attention to detail was first class. The work was completed to the agreed plan and the final cost was in line with the original estimate. They kept the worksite clean and tidy at all times and we would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
