Great work
We have used Shayne for lots of jobs in our home. He has extended our patio, built our wardrobes, panelling, put up security cameras and fixed fences. There are no jobs Shayne can’t do! First class work
Totally recommend Shayne. We had a new porch built the front door moved and a short driveway put in. All done perfectly with attention to detail very obvious. Site always left clean every night. Single Storey Extension
Very happy with the building work carried out by SP Building. They started our single storey extension with knock through in October last year and 12 weeks later in January we were left an incredible living space. Shayne liaised with building control when required and took all of the stress out of having building work undertaken at home whilst living there. Remove 1st floor conservatory and construct a new pool room with high level decking outside.
Shayne and Matt did a great job. Always left the site clean and tidy and came up with inciteful options and suggestions as the project progressed.
