  Garage and front porch rebuild and new drive

  Excellent work, always checking to see if we were happy with work throughout and happy to do any adjustments that we wanted. Always here on time and really nice lads that worked with him. Nothing was a problem and the finish of work was great. Would recommend him any time and would have him to do any other work that we needed.

  Preparation for DPC. Fixed stairs and replaced ceilings ready for plaster.

  Simon and his team were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Simon discussed and kept me informed throughout the works. He offered relevent advice and recommended solutions to issues that were both quality and in budget. He kept his lads working at pace and I was pleased to see him coaching them throughout. All with quality at the forefront. I would recommend the services of this company to anyone.

  Lintel put into a fire place

  Absolutely amazing service and job. I had started taking plaster off a fire place but when I reached the bricks didn’t feel safe with it at all. I called SP construction and we had a FaceTime call first to look at what needed doing, they came to do the job within the hour and it was after normal working hours - price was great. The job was done and more was done than expected. I received a courtesy call the next morning which was surprising and lovely as I have never experienced this with builders before, couldn’t recommend them enough, great job and very much appreciated

  Inspected a potential house buy and advised on every aspect from windows to kitchen conversion, putting in downstairs shower room and upgrading the conservatory.

  Very pleased with his advice ( took about 30 minutes). Very helpful and knowledgeable. We would certainly ask him to do any future work we needed doing. It was worth the small fee we paid him.

  Sliding pocket doors, wall removal and a new fitted kitchen

  Simon and his team carried out all works to a very high standard and ensured that every were was left clean and tidy after each working day. We will definitely be calling on their services in the future and would recommend to anyone
