Boiler service and water leak trace
Really quick to come out to us. Friendly, polite, tidy and great value. Faulty boiler fixed and services, Steve also gave some advice on another plumbing issue. He is now on my "go-to" tradesman list.

Superb
We had an error code on our boiler. Steve was an absolute legend. After listening to the issue and make of the boiler, he walked me through how to solve the issue incredibly quickly. No call out fee, just honest advice to help us out.

Investigated why boiler was dripping water
I called Steve as I needed an emergency call out due the to boiler in my new property dripping water. He was friendly from the moment he answered the phone to the moment he left! Came out within a couple of hours, identified the source of the problem and advised the best course of action. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Steve again!

Repair/reset boiler.
I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. On a freezing cold day a lack of heating is not what you want! He came out really quickly, was very friendly, polite and professional and had my house nice and warm in no time. Helpful advice and suggestions given to help with any future issues too. I would not hesitate to use SPH again.
