I can not recommend Dave highly enough. A burst haematoma had resulted in a huge pool of blood on our lounge carpet. It was Saturday afternoon, but as soon as I called Dave he agreed to come out. The pool and resulting stain were removed but inevitably as the carpet dried the blood underneath wicked up. Dave was happy to come back a few days later and ensure complete removal. It was an unpleasant job to be called to but Dave was unfazed and honest, professional and polite throughout. It was a pleasure to have him in the house.
