Had two level 3 reports done for two separate properties, and each time Gary did an amazing job. Very accommodating and the report was well detailed. Due to an urgency, Gary was able to give me a brief summary on the same day the job was completed and submitted the full report within 5 days. I will definitely recommend it.

Garry has been great from start to finish of the process. Carried out a level 2 survey for me on a property and the report was very thorough. Flagged the smallest things that I never would’ve seen in a million years! Now just waiting for the results of an asbestos test to come back.
