He answered all the questions I had and provided cost-effective solutions too. I could not recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience with Garry. I needed a level 3 survey as part of house purchase. He organised everything promptly, kept me updated, and took the time to speak with me for around 30 minutes to walk through the findings and answer all my questions. The report took some time but it was incredibly detailed and gave me full confidence in understanding the condition of the property. Really grateful for his help — would absolutely recommend him.

Had two level 3 reports done for two separate properties, and each time Gary did an amazing job. Very accommodating and the report was well detailed. Due to an urgency, Gary was able to give me a brief summary on the same day the job was completed and submitted the full report within 5 days. I will definitely recommend it.
