James came to fit our Woodburner and did a great job. We are really happy with how it’s turned out. There was an unexpected issue (they found a live gas pipe) but James just got on with sorting it and barely involved me, called Gas Engineers for me himself and took the stress and pressure away. Would recommend.

James was quick to respond to my urgent request on one Sunday afternoon. He and his colleague arrived on time and did the job quickly. They were courteous and friendly. Would book them again.

We requested a flue liner installed to our existing stove. James was very quick to reply and made clear arrangements when he would visit. Work went all as planned and the stove and new liner are working grand. James was very knowledgeable and polite and clearly respected the need for being clean and tidy.
