nice polite young man got everything i asked for done. Couldn’t recommend him enough

Lyall initially came over to quote for new soffit and fascia on my garage. He was on time which was a good start, friendly and was very similar cost to the other 2 quotes we received. We gave him the go ahead and himself and team came over on date he gave us and carried out the works in a very productive manor. We were very pleased with the politeness, tidiness and overall performance of his team. Would not hesitate to use again.

Had a severe leakage and was worried a lot of damage would be caused in my home called out to lyall and he was round the same day and problem was fixed within a few hours. Very professional and polite couldn’t have asked for better service. Would definitely recommend to anyone experiencing the same issues.

Can not recommend , specialised roofing and building services, what a fantastic job they did on my roof, we had a leak in our loft, due to our roof being old and needed some work, we was recommended by some of our friends for this company and what an amazing job they did, price wise was such a shock to us as they beat all competitors prices and finished the job with such while quality standard and left the site immaculate, so thank you very much for our new roof
