Neil’s commitment and determination to locate concealed manhole cover and clear away earth In order to do a thorough drain survey was excellent and much appreciated. He also spent time explaining details of the survey and was very patient and we would definitely recommend this company.

Responded to the job being posted on Checkatrade almost immediately. Arrange to come and see the job, diagnosed a few issues which we talked through when I was shown them on the camera. One issue was resolved on the day, a couple more need to be booked in. I felt like we were in safe hands. We received some good advice and the company knew what they were doing and talking about.

Turned up when stated , professional and efficient at the job . Cleaned all my drains and explained any queries and worked to the best they could do . Also washed down the area after which was a pleasant extra !
