Did a decent job generally, but forgot he'd quoted to replace the decoy box on the back of the house. Said he didn't have the right ladder for it, so would come back next week to complete the job. He asked for payment on the spot, and stupidly I transferred the money. I then had to chase him to come back and install the decoy box, and several missed appointments later, I'm still without the new decoy box. I've basically paid for it and not got it.

He then no-showed on multiple occasions and has yet to return.

Excellent service once again from Spectrum Security and it's owner Lee. Having used them before for an alarm to be fitted I had no problems with using them again for CCTV. Excellent customer service from Lee and very competitive pricing and knowing the quality of products it was a no brainer. Mark the engineer arrived on time, kept me informed of progress throughout the day and was extremely polite, friendly, tidy and knowledgable. Excellent products once fitted and no qualms in recommending Spectrum security to anyone else. Great service again....thanks Lee. Andy
