Very professional, resolved the lose and leaky taps quickly and reliably

I booked this plumber to check a suspected leak, which I thought I’d already fixed but wanted a professional to confirm. Illyos arrived, looked underneath the washing machine, switched it on briefly, said nothing was wrong, took payment and left within about five minutes. He didn’t wait long enough to properly test water flow and seemed to be in too much of a rush to leave to answer questions, so I wasn’t reassured. Didn’t clean up after himself, leaving tissues on the floor. I understand call‑out charges, but the visit felt rushed and unprofessional. Not the best and would not hire again.

Toilet was not fitted properly, including basics like not using washers to secure the toilet seat. Flush handle not fitted properly and does not work, toilet rocking on the tiles (they returned and fixed this), flush pipe at an angle, not straight. Tiling looks ok at the moment but there is cement on the walls. A mess was left in the garden. Cost £680 for the Labour. I bought the parts separately. Plumber arrived at noon on day one and left at midnight.

Sanjar was efficient and communicative.

Robert turned up promptly, advised me on the best solution and completed the job promptly. He did a neat and tidy job. I would definitely use him again.
