Cavity tray fitting and re-rendering
Nick from Spendex discussed our damp problem thoroughly with us before quoting and then proceeded to do the job promptly and well. He was recommended by an architect acquaintance and for good reason. Garage conversion, first floor extension and ground floor refurbishment
Spendex was recommended to us by friends who'd had a loft conversion. They're a nice bunch of polite, tidy and hard working guys. They willingly did extra jobs which weren't on the original estimate without a problem. We're really happy with everything they did.
