I engaged SPF to build a patio and dwarf walls. The quality of the work and the attitude of the operatives was fine but the reason for my low scores is the inaction of the proprietor. Before commencing work he advised me that the rubbish and arisings from the work would be collected within a fortnight from completion, which was achieved in late January, the invoice arrived almost immediately and I paid it within 3 days. 6 weeks later and despite 2 reminders the rubbish still sits on my drive so I will have to hire a mini skip to remove it. A very unsatisfactory service.

Sam has a wonderful team who are polite and very respectful Nothing has been too much trouble and the workmanship has been excellent On occasions it was difficult to get hold of Sam but in all other respects the work has been outstanding and we would definitely use him and his colleagues again

I would highly recommend SPF Carpentry and construction. A great team who undertook a large rear extension and made multiple internal structural changes within our home. Job completed within the predicted time scale and we are very happy and pleased with the end product. A really helpful, friendly and professional team who work hard and seamlessly together. We would use again for any future projects.

SPF Carpentry and Construction undertook the total renovation of my property by taking it back to the brick shell and reconstructing it complete with large loft conversion and adjoining garage. The whole team were brilliant and worked together seamlessly and completed the work to a very high standard using high quality materials across all of the trades involved. Together they have created a beautiful forever home and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
