  We were without hot water and heating for 2 days with a 4-month old at home and really struggling with this boiler breakdown! Shaneel was prompt on the job, and had to source an internal cable part that was hard to come by and not available with any high street supplier. Shaneel took empathy on our situation and managed to source the part privately and repair the boiler over the weekend knowing the long weekend ahead ! He was professional, courteous, timely and went above and beyond to get our boiler sorted ! Highly recommend his services for everyone out there!
