The work required two visits and the engineer arrived at the time stated on each occasion. I was grateful that the first visit was the day after I contacted him and he was able to get the boiler working again. He was considerate, courteous and efficient, and I will certainly use him again when I need to. I thought his quotation was very reasonable. David.
